~  Unlimited consultations to plan your ceremony

~  We invest a minimum of 30 hours planning your ceremony

~  Your Officiant or Minister is on-site up to 2 hours

~  Filing of signed Marriage License

~  Fee includes overnight lodging for your officiant for 1 night,
ensuring your accessibility to him/her the entire day of the
wedding

~  An alternate officiant is on reserve in case of an emergency
with your officiant.  You have invested your time, effort, and
money into creating the perfect day.  We ensure there is
another officiant to perform your ceremony in case of an
unforeseeable emergency with your officiant.  We make this
guarantee in writing.

~  Unlimited consultations to plan your rehearsal &
ceremony

~  We invest a minimum of 30 hours planning your
ceremony

~  We invest an average of 5 hours planning your rehearsal

~  Officiant and his/her assistant plan & coordinate your
rehearsal.  We are on-site up to 2 hours

~  Officiant and his/her assistant are on-site up to 2 hours
on the wedding day

~  Filing of signed Marriage License

~  Electronic copy of signed Marriage License

~  Fee includes overnight lodging for your officiant for 2
nights, ensuring your accessibility to him/her the entire
wedding weekend

~  An alternate officiant is on reserve in case of an
emergency with your officiant.  You have invested your time,
effort, and money into creating the perfect day.  We ensure
there is another officiant to perform your ceremony in case
of an unforeseeable emergency with your officiant.  We

Wedding Officiant Fees for the Following Ohio Counties
Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Fayette, Franklin, Hamilton, Logan, Madison, Shelby

We are based in Dayton, Ohio.  These counties have higher fees to compensate for additional travel time, mileage, &
overnight lodging.  All six of our officiants are based in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio.
Fees apply to ceremonies taking place in the following Ohio counties:
Champaign        Clermont        Clinton        Darke        Fayette        Hamilton        Logan        Madison        Shelby

An additional charge may apply for holidays and holiday weekends.

Published officiating fees are subject to change with or without notice.  Changes will not affect current reservations.
