There is never a charge for a consultation prior to reserving your date. We want to ensure that you
are comfortable with your wedding officiant. Your style and personalities are unique! Your officiant should
complement your style and fully understand your vision for your wedding ceremony. Because we want you
to feel confident in choosing an Affinity Celebrations wedding officiant, your officiant will gladly meet with
you and your fiancé prior to reserving with us.
Because we are a network of six officiant, at no additional cost to the couple, we ensure that two officiants
are available for every wedding to cover unforeseen emergencies with your officiant. Most couples invest
countless hours and thousands of dollars to plan the perfect wedding. Don't risk having your wedding
cancelled at the last minute because your officiant became suddenly ill or had a death in his/her family.
Your wedding should not be affected by an emergency with your officiant.
We make this guarantee in writing. No other officiant or minister in the area provides this guarantee.
Fees are payable by cash, check, or credit card. A completed reservation contract and retainer must be
received by the due date to guarantee the date and time of a wedding officiant for your wedding.
The retainer is 50% of your total wedding fee. This is not an additional charge. The remaining balance is
due 14 days prior to your reserved date. The wedding date is not reserved or guaranteed until a retainer
has been received.
We must charge $50.00 for any check dishonored by a client's financial institution.
Providing that a Minister or Wedding Officiant is available, your wedding may be rescheduled once within 6
months of your original wedding date without incurring additional fees.
